In the case of booking (call, chat, video call) marked as processing, under any conditions, We-astro does not offer a refund. The user has to follow all liabilities while making any booking on We-astro. We-astro does not take any responsibility for the refund once the booking is made.
In the case user is intended to claim the refund, the user is required to contact the support team within 2 (two) hours of making payment. However, We-astro reserves all right to make any decision.
No Refund shall be offered if the user has provided wrong information or data. The user has to be careful while adding details before marking Make Call/Chat/Video. However, the user is allowed to change details while connecting astrologer. We-astro does not take any responsibility for user’s information or data.
In the case Website or Payment gateway website (linked to the website) is showing delay/processing, the user should check with his/her Bank account if the amount is debited and should not make the second payment. In the case, the payment did not take place, the user should make another payment. In any cases, We-astro does not offer refund
In the case, call/chat disconnect No Refund shall be processed. However, the user can contact support within 2 hours of the call to claim the refund but We-astro reserves all decisions.
